VetFamily acquires one of the leading providers of procurement and support services to veterinary clinics in the US

VetFamily, part of Vimian Group, has acquired VerticalVet. The acquisition marks the entrance into a new geography for VetFamily, and significantly strengthens its position as a leading veterinary services platform globally. 

Founded in 2018, VerticalVet provides procurement and support services to help veterinary clinics grow and improve purchasing power. In addition to procurement services, VerticalVet offers education, real-time data insights, marketing automation, and tailored partner solutions. Additionally, the service offering includes customized, branded and breed-specific patient health reminders to improve the relationship with pet owners through text, e-mail and print. VerticalVet has more than 1,100 member clinics across the US.
