Are you our new Group Accounting Manager?

Today, the group of companies covers four essential and rapidly evolving areas of animal health where VetFamily covers the segment Veterinary Services.

We are now looking for a Group Accounting Manager who will be responsible for all processes linked to the consolidation of the VetFamily group, including setting requirements on subsidiaries, financial onboarding of new entities and streamlining of processes. You report to the CFO of VetFamily and are member of the group finance team at the head office in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

• Process owner for monthly consolidation of the VetFamily Group
• Responsible for implementing policies and procedures in line with Vimian Group’s Financial Policies and relevant financial reporting standards
• Assist in preparations of group forecasts and budgets
• Assist in implementation of consolidation system (Aaro) and, eventually, act as superuser

Your profile

• Experience of group accounting, including IFRS (mainly IFRS 3 and IFRS 16)
• Experience of working in a mid-sized international group
• Familiar to having had English as working language
• Experience of financial integration of acquisitions including PPA
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience of running projects such as system implementation, streamlining processes and continuous improvement
