Q: Hanne, could you shed light on the scope of "VetFamily services"?

Hanne: Absolutely, VetFamily Services includes a diverse range of offerings carefully tailored to provide significant value to our member clinics. These services span a wide spectrum, including leadership development, effective communication strategies, LEAN methodologies, sustainability, handbooks, and much more. All we do is about making everyday life at a clinic easier, allowing the staff to spend less time on admin and more time on the animals.

Q: How do you see your role impacting VetFamily's community of both clinics and partners?

Hanne: It's a promising prospect. With a network of over 6000 member clinics, the potential to drive positive change in the veterinary industry is significant. This positive impact will extend not only to our members but also to their patients, teams, and our partner suppliers. I want to see a collaborative environment that brings innovation, and that we can develop our service portfolio through collective efforts within our community.

Hanne: My vision is deeply rooted in my passion for our industry. I envision VetFamily and our services making a significant impact, creating an environment where veterinarians and nurses actively choose to build their careers and thrive. There are cultural differences, but veterinarians and nurses worldwide share a universal dedication – a commitment to the well-being of animals. We all encounter similar challenges, such as the scarcity of qualified personnel and demanding work hours. VetFamily aims to promote extensive collaboration, both within and beyond the industry, to ensure a sustainable future.
