The role:
- Analyze purchasing data and create reports, visualizations, and dashboards for suppliers, country managers, and strategic purchasing.
- Regularly collect, load, and quality check purchasing data from suppliers and distribution partners.
- Continuously improve data quality processes through automation and validation dashboards.
- You will be based in Stockholm's central office and work closely with colleagues both locally and in France.
- You will have regular contact with suppliers and VetFamily's organization in the countries where we operate.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience working with data visualization tools, including at least some Power BI experience.
- Used to handle large amounts of data. It is an advantage if you have experience with group purchasing data.
- Proficient in using Excel.
- You can express yourself verbally and in writing in English as you will speak English in everyday life.
- Meritorious if you have experience in a similar industry, such as pharmaceuticals or animal feed.
- It is advantageous if you have experience in SQL and Python.

- Has an interest in handling data and numbers.
- Likes to work with end-users to find ways to solve their problems.
- Has a curious mindset and enjoys finding simple ways to visualize complex data.
